About Jonathan Benkalifat
Born in France, from a young age he was an active member of the Jewish community in Paris. At age 18 he moved to Israel and began serving in the IDF – an experience which had allowed him to encounter the vast mosaic of Israeli society and had reconfirmed his desire to live in the country. In 2004 he began working as a Real Estate Agent and by 2009 he opened J&J Tel Aviv real estate agency. After years of collaborating together, in 2020 J&J Tel Aviv and EC Nadlan merged to unite both skill and experience to provide exceptional service to companies and private individuals seeking to buy or sell both commercial and private properties in Israel. His 18 years on the ground has allowed him to acquire vast knowledge of the various markets at play and the privilege grow a network of key players in the Tel Aviv real estate market.
